NCBA CLUSA’s National Purchasing Cooperatives Conference (NPCC) is the only conference for U.S. Purchasing Cooperatives to come together and discuss issues critical to their specific sector. Providing an open, collaborative environment that supports the sharing of best practices alongside high-level strategic and tactical implementation discussions, the NPCC has been the go-to resource for Purchasing Cooperative executives in the U.S. for nearly two decades.
The power of this conference is driven by our participants and their willingness to embrace the cooperative business model. As such, our theme this year is “Elevating Connections,” and with the help of our planning committee, NCBA CLUSA has developed a participatory program that will allow attendees hands-on opportunities to work through both big ideas and operational solutions. The planned keynote, member-led workshops and Master Classes are all inspired by the cooperative business model and the top challenges identified by our attendees.
Our intent for this NPCC is to provide attendees a roadmap of how to look inward at their co-op for answers while also encouraging them to collaborate across every co-op sector to achieve their operational goals and remain competitive.
