Fall Webinars Bookend “Prepare 4 IMPACT” Webinar Series

    Subscribe

In 2017, NCBA CLUSA purchasing cooperative members wanted to find a platform for year-round benchmarking, education and networking. In collaboration with a planning committee of seven purchasing co-ops from diverse industries (boating, concrete, flooring, furniture, HVAC, pet care and steel), the Prepare 4 IMPACT educational webinar series was born.

The curriculum was designed to address top challenges by providing best practices solutions and strategic insight from a mix of cooperative practitioners and key service providers.

During the Co-op IMPACT Conference, the P4I programming culminated in a series of three Master Class Workshops that examined Strategic Growth, Technology Efficiencies and Member Engagement, with breakout table work on subtopics that were presented during each webinar. Bringing their knowledge from the webinars, IMPACT attendees joined in the workshop discussion format with a greater level of understanding and were able to ask table moderators more pointed questions about their co-op and how best to implement what they learned during each webinar.

NCBA CLUSA was thrilled to work with all of our presenters and moderators in 2017 and look forward to future initiatives that bring the purchasing co-op community together and provide key education to help address top business challenges and economic trends. You can access the full P4I webinar archive here.

If you missed out on our P4I webinars and/or IMPACT 2017, we saved three webinars for you to bookend our series and close out the year! Register below for these upcoming learning events:
