NCBA CLUSA is pleased to announce that the National Cooperative Bank will cohost the 2017 Co-op IMPACT Conference in Alexandria, Virginia October 4 – 6.

An NCBA CLUSA member, National Cooperative Bank (NCB) is dedicated to strengthening communities nationwide through the delivery of banking and financial services. NCB’s special focus on cooperative expansion and economic development dovetails with the goal of IMPACT 2017—to amplify the economic impact co-ops have in the U.S. and internationally.

“National Cooperative Bank is proud to cohost the Co-op IMPACT Conference this year,” said Charles E. Snyder, President and CEO of National Cooperative Bank. “For almost 40 years we have worked closely with NCBA CLUSA to advance the cooperative mission through education, research and financial support. I encourage all co-op members, economic developers and community leaders to attend this important conference that will showcase how cooperatives are making an impact nationwide.”

As the first and only national cooperative conference of its kind, IMPACT 2017 will be this year’s premier networking and learning event for co-op members, practitioners and advocates, as well as a unique opportunity to advance the shared interests of the cooperative movement. Our speakers will explore and build on the economic impact co-ops have in the U.S. and internationally.

Judy Ziewacz, president and CEO of NCBA CLUSA, said the partnership with National Cooperative Bank at IMPACT 2017 will help the co-op movement discover and pursue new ways cooperatives can address emerging social and economic challenges.

“This partnership will foster the research and data critical to quantify and expand the impact of cooperatives in the U.S. economy and create the tools necessary to influence public policy,” Ziewacz said.

Early-bird registration rates for IMPACT 2017 will be honored through Friday, August 25. Click here to register! Registration will increase by $200 after this cut-off.

Headquartered in Washington, DC, the National Cooperative Bank has offices in Alaska, California, New York, Ohio and Virginia. To learn more, visit ncb.coop, follow NCB on Facebook or connect on Twitter @natlcoopbank.
