Draft, a magazine that helps consumers navigate the nation’s 1,600 (and counting) breweries, last month published a feature on cooperative breweries. Spearheaded by NCBA CLUSA member Black Star Co-op in Austin, Texas, this sector continues to grow and offers an alternative to corporate acquisitions of local craft breweries.
